In-office laser whitening sessions, utilizing Zoom (Extreme Makeover)

• sessions consist of three applications per visit (approximately 90 minutes)

• additional sessions may be offered at the Doctor’s discretion

At-home custom-made whitening trays and home-whitening materials

• all at-home materials are included

• additional home-care materials available

On-going maintenance sessions or home materials for active hygiene patients

• must attend a minimum of two hygiene appointments annually

• two whitening applications per visit, two visits per year

• complimentary whitening toothpaste
